Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Movie at Moonlight! We strive to provide a magical and seamless movie night experience. Please review our booking policy before finalizing your reservation: Reservation Requirements: - Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm and secure your event date. Rescheduling - You may reschedule your event at no cost up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. - The new event date must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking. - Please note that bookings cannot be carried over into the next calendar year. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 35% cancellation fee, deducted from the total booking amount. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 50% cancellation fee, deducted from the total booking amount. Weather Policy: - If weather conditions make setup unsafe or impractical, you may reschedule your event once at no charge within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability. Please refer to the full Weather Policy on the Policies page to get the full picture. Arrival & Setup: - Our team will arrive in the late afternoon to complete setup prior to sunset.
