By subscribing to any membership plan with Movie at Moonlight, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our policies, including this Membership Policy.

1. General Terms

• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing member.

• No refunds are offered unless expressly approved in writing by a member of our administrative team.

• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Seasoned Popcorn Club

Monthly Plan

• This plan provides up to 4 bookings per year, distributed quarterly (1 booking per quarter - a quarter is a 3 months duration starting from January).

• Unused bookings roll within the same year. Example: if you do not use your first quarter booking, it rolls into the next quarter, giving you 2 bookings for that period.

• Rolling bookings expire at the end of the membership year and do not carry over beyond 12 months.

• This is a 12-month agreement. Cancellation is not permitted directly through the portal.

• Early Cancellation Fee: $250 applies if you cancel before the 12-month term ends.

Annual Plan

• Provides 4 bookings within the membership year.

• Bookings can be made at any time during the year.

• Members may cancel at any time without penalty.

3. Snack & Screen Squad

Monthly Plan

• This plan provides 6 bookings per year, scheduled bi-monthly (1 booking every 2 months).

• This is a 12-month agreement. Cancellation is not permitted directly through the portal.

• Early Cancellation Fee: $250 applies if you cancel before the 12-month term ends.

Annual Plan

• Provides 6 bookings that may be used at any time during the membership year.

• Members may cancel at any time without penalty.

4. Popcorn Royalty

Monthly Plan

• Members receive regular bookings in accordance with the plan benefits.

• This is a 12-month agreement. Cancellation is not permitted directly through the portal.

• Early Cancellation Fee: $250 applies if you cancel before the 12-month term ends.

Annual Plan

• Bookings may be used flexibly at any time during the membership year.

• Members may cancel at any time without penalty.

• Annual members retain access to all unused bookings within their membership period, even if they cancel early.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Monthly plans are 12-month commitments and cannot be canceled without incurring the $250 cancellation fee.

• Annual plans may be canceled at any time without penalty.

• Refunds are not provided, unless explicitly authorized by a Movie at Moonlight administrative team member.
