Customer Responsibility: All equipment provided by Movie At Moonlight is the sole responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery and setup until the time of pickup and removal by our team. Customers are financially liable for any loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear and tear) to the equipment while it is in their custody.

Proper Use of Equipment: Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose. Customers agree not to move, modify, or attempt repairs on any equipment. If equipment is found to be damaged, misused, or missing upon retrieval, the customer will be billed for the full cost of repair or replacement.

Supervision Requirement: Adult supervision is required at all times during the use of our equipment. The customer is responsible for ensuring that minors of all ages remain at a safe distance from equipment, including but not limited to screens, projectors, speakers, power cords, inflatable chairs, popcorn machines, and iceboxes.

Safety Measures: The customer is responsible for maintaining a safe environment where equipment is being used. This includes ensuring that no food, drinks, or sharp objects are placed near electrical equipment and that all cords remain secured to prevent tripping hazards.

Liability Disclaimer: Movie At Moonlight is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from the misuse of equipment or the failure to provide proper supervision. By booking with us, the customer accepts full responsibility for the safety of all attendees and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Movie At Moonlight against any claims arising from the use of our equipment.
