Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Movie at Moonlight, we carefully schedule each event to ensure our team is fully prepared and committed to delivering a memorable experience. Because each booking reserves time, equipment, and staff specifically for you, cancellations and reschedules impact our ability to serve others. Please review our updated policy below.

 

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your event at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 35% cancellation fee, deducted from the total booking amount.

We encourage you to wait for us to make the final weather call—we’ll always prioritize your safety and the protection of our equipment.

 

Force Majeure

In cases of unavoidable emergencies (natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel. If so, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue credit toward a future event.
