Because each booking reserves time, equipment, and staff specifically for you, cancellations and reschedules impact our ability to serve others. Please review our updated policy below.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your event at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 35% cancellation fee, deducted from the total booking amount.

Force Majeure
In cases of unavoidable emergencies (natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel. If so, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue credit toward a future event.
